Proof
Measured in procedures, not impressions.
Since 2016 we have grown the two numbers that pay for an elective practice: consultations that show up, and procedures that happen. Every figure on this page names the window it covers and the system it was measured in.
Featured case study
Vinings Surgery: $100K in 100 days.

After years of wasted ad spend and a fair amount of digital skepticism, Vinings moved to compliant, precision-targeted acquisition. Inside 100 days the practice closed over $100,000 in elective procedures and added a full surgery day to the week.
The mechanics are the same on every engagement: compliant acquisition, fast first contact, follow-up that does not quit, and every procedure attributed back to the campaign that produced it.

How we count
The definitions, published.
Most reporting disagreements are definition disagreements. So here are ours, in writing, before you ever become a client.
- A qualified call
- Inbound, connected to a person, and at least sixty seconds long, with automated dialer bursts excluded. A phone system marking a call "completed" when it rang out to voicemail does not make it a lead.
- A consultation
- A real appointment that reached the calendar, tracked through to whether it was kept. Booked and showed are two different numbers and we report both.
- A procedure
- Confirmed by the practice, then attributed back to the campaign that produced the original inquiry. This is the number the whole system exists to move.
- Your ad account
- Yours. It is opened in the practice name, and the history stays with you the day you decide to work with somebody else.
In their words
What the surgeons say.
“Back then maybe we’re doing four or five procedures, but now I think we’re getting closer to ten procedures per week. … Calls, consults and procedures, everything went up after we started working with you guys on the digital marketing.”

“I feel like they’re getting better. Like you fixed the bug cuz Oh my gosh, we’re just getting [leads].”
Dr. Michael Bone · Rothesay Laser Clinic
“VMMG completely transformed how we approach patient acquisition. Within the first 90 days, we were booking 4 additional FUE procedures per month. The compliance work alone was worth it — we had no idea how exposed we were.”
Dr. Gohil · Hair Restoration Practice, MD
“What sets VMMG apart is they actually know this space. Not a word was wasted in the audit. They knew exactly which competitors were running and where we were losing ground on search.”
Dr. Barsoumian · Hair Restoration & Aesthetics, MD

The audit reads your market, your competitors and your current acquisition path, and comes back with the gap. It takes us about a week.
