Book a consultation
Thirty minutes on where your growth actually leaks.
Pick a time below. Before the call we read your market, your visibility and your competitors, so the conversation starts with findings instead of discovery questions. You leave with the read whether or not we work together.
- We do the research before the call, not during it
- Straight answer on fit, including when the answer is no
- No pitch deck, no contract on the first call
Practice Growth Consultation
Thirty minutes on Google Meet. Pick a time, tell us about the practice, done.
What we do before you show up
The call starts where most first calls end.
Most agency first calls are spent extracting information you already have. We do that part ahead of time. By the time your slot comes up we have read your search and map visibility, what AI search says when patients ask about your specialty in your market, your ad account exposure, and the two or three competitors actually taking the patients you want.
That leaves the whole thirty minutes for the part worth your time: what the findings mean, what we would do first, and whether the economics work for a practice your size.
The thirty minutes
How the call runs.
- 01
What we found
The read on your market and your current position, in plain terms. Where demand exists, where you are invisible, and where spend is leaking.
- 02
Where patients are lost
The part no audit tool inspects: what happens after an inquiry arrives. Response time, consultation show rate, follow-up, and whether a completed procedure can be traced back to what paid for it.
- 03
Fit, honestly
What we would do first, what it costs, and whether we are the right firm for it. Some practices are better served fixing their front desk before they spend another dollar on ads, and we will say so.
Who this is for
Elective and high consideration care.
Hair restoration, dental and full arch, vision correction, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, fertility, vein, orthopedics and men’s health. The common thread is not the specialty. It is a patient making a considered, self funded decision over weeks, where the consultation is the hinge the whole business turns on.
We work with one practice per specialty per market. If your market is already committed we will tell you on the call rather than after a proposal.
Not ready to hold a slot?
Start with the audit instead.
The Practice Growth Audit is the same diagnostic work, delivered as a written report in three business days with no meeting attached. Read it first, book later if it earns the call.
Questions
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
It is a working call that can end in a proposal. We do not present a deck, and we do not ask for a decision on the first call. If the fit is wrong you will hear that instead of a follow up sequence.
Who is on the call?
Joe Garraffo, who runs the firm. Not a setter, not an account executive reading a script.
What do you need from me beforehand?
Your practice name and website when you book. That is enough for us to do the research. Nothing else is required, and we never ask for patient records or patient information.
What if I already have an agency?
Most practices we speak with do. The research we bring is a second read on work already running, and you keep it either way.
How long until we could start?
Onboarding runs about four weeks from signature to a live, measured demand engine. The first two weeks are instrumentation, which is why our reporting can show procedures rather than form fills.
