Measured past the lead.
Most agencies can tell you what a lead cost. These are the numbers on the other side of it — what reached a consultation, and what reached a procedure — read from our own attribution system across every practice we run.
Live from our own attribution system, refreshed weekly
- 8,174 tracked leads have produced 3,518 booked consultations and 979 completed procedures. Of every 10 leads, 4.3 reach a consultation and 1.2 reach a procedure, against an industry average of 1.

the same ten leads
The same ten leads. The industry turns them into 1 procedure. Our clients turn them into 1.2. Each row is drawn to its real share of the leads above it, and the part figures are drawn as part figures.
Running totals across Vitality client practices, counted continuously rather than recalculated, so a figure here only ever moves forward. Aggregate and unnamed; individual practices vary with specialty, market and capacity, and no practice is promised this ratio.

How we measure
The definitions, published.
Most reporting disagreements are definition disagreements. So here are ours, in writing, before you ever become a client.
- A qualified call
- Inbound, connected to a person, and at least sixty seconds long, with automated dialer bursts excluded. A phone system marking a call "completed" when it rang out to voicemail does not make it a lead.
- A consultation
- A real appointment that reached the calendar, tracked through to whether it was kept. Booked and showed are two different numbers and we report both.
- A procedure
- Confirmed by the practice, then attributed back to the campaign that produced the original inquiry. This is the number the whole system exists to move.
- Your ad account
- Yours. It is opened in the practice name, and the history stays with you the day you decide to work with somebody else.
The three figures above are counted under these definitions and nothing else. A sixty-second qualified-call floor, a consultation that reached the calendar, and a procedure the practice confirmed. The thresholds live in the reporting layer, not in a spreadsheet, so the number on this page and the number on a client’s own dashboard are the same number.
Why we count it this wayFeatured case study
Vinings Surgery: $100K in 100 days.

After years of wasted ad spend and a fair amount of digital skepticism, Vinings moved to compliant, precision-targeted acquisition. Inside 100 days the practice closed over $100,000 in elective procedures and added a full surgery day to the week.

In their words
What the surgeons say.
“Back then maybe we’re doing four or five procedures, but now I think we’re getting closer to ten procedures per week. … Calls, consults and procedures, everything went up after we started working with you guys on the digital marketing.”

See what this progression looks like in your market.
The audit reads your market, your competitors and your current acquisition path, and comes back with the gap — including the volume math from inquiries through to procedures for your own practice. It takes us about a week.
